Service Network and the Bank of England invite you to 2012's Bank of England Economic Review.
Rosie Smith, the Bank of England Agent for the North East, will talk you through the Bank's Inflation Report - its quarterly economic assessment - to be published in May. Rosie will cover the key elements of the UK economy at the time, including the Bank's forecast for future growth and inflation. She will also cover the impact of the recession and aspects of the current international situation.
As with previous Service Network and Bank of England events there will also be an opportunity for you to have your say. In Rosie's role briefing the Monetary Policy Committee she has to report the regional economic story, built on contacts with a wide variety of businesses. This event provides an opportunity to highlight the issues facing your business and ask questions about the work of the Bank.
Cost: Free to Service Network members and £45 + VAT for non members. Includes breakfast and refreshments.
