This high tempo training session will be led by Steve Dougan, Founder and Managing Director of TeamSmart Ltd. Giving great presentations is as much about preparation as presentation, this training session will take a new holistic look at an old subject, taking the process from audience needs and design to body language and voice control. Most presentation skills courses skip the design, style and technology of presentations and focus on just delivery, with predictable consequences. The session will give you the tools that you need to deliver engaging presentations.

The training will cover the following topics:
- Audience Needs & Outcomes
- Mind Mapping your presentation design
- Presentation styles that work
- Using MS Powerpoint to time and rehearse
- Setting up the room and the technology
- Self-confidence “tricks of the trade”
- Body language and positioning
- Voice control and breathing
- Handling questions
