The sessions will be with Gill Hunter who is a partner with Muckle at the Newcastle Office and heads up the Commercial Team and will cover intellectual property protection and exploitation, technology and data protection, software development, licensing and support arrangements and website issues.
The Commercial Team that Gill leads has significant expertise across a wide range of contractual relationships. They are skilled at providing sensible commercial advice and in preparing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial agreements, from terms and conditions of trading to complex outsourcing arrangements.
Gill is a highly regarded speaker on intellectual property and technology matters and frequently contributes to local publications. Gill is also a director of Forma Arts and Media Limited and vice chair of the legal sector of Service Network.
