Newcastle Business Forums and Newcastle University Business School invite you to this fantastic FREE business event.
Lean Production, developed in the automotive industry and now widely applied in manufacturing, health care and service sectors, makes businesses more effective and efficient, increasing their competitiveness in the marketplace.
Newcastle based Wellstream International will share their experiences of Lean Production and the impact the methods have had on their operations. Experts from MAS North East will explain to attendees how techniques can be used to help their businesses. An example of implementing lean techniques in practice will be provided by local firm Probe Industries.
Opportunities to network with other businesses will take place with refreshments between 5.30pm and 6pm.
