Sharing both the highs and lows of his journey, businessman Peter Vassallo, a former Sunday Times Entrepreneur of the Year, will explain the challenges for growth he's encountered to become one of Britain's leading mid-market companies. His Cumbrian Seafoods business supplies a number of major retailers such as Morrisons and Tesco and has grown annual sales to £164.3 million.
