The sessions will be with Martin Firth who is a partner with Chipchase Manners.
Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, and has lived and worked in the Tees Valley region gaining experience of working with owner-managed businesses of all sizes that operate in a wide variety of different industry sectors.
Martin provides general day-to-day accounting and tax advice for clients, but he also offers advice on business planning and forecasting, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, PAYE and VAT.
Martin has also been involved in a number of corporate finance transactions advising on corporate acquisitions, company sales, debt re-financing and financial modeling.
