North East Access to Finance (NEA2F) was set up by One North East in 2009 to manage the legacy monies of previous investment funds in the region, to address a range of access to finance issues in the North East and to work closely with the business angel community. We are part of the broader Finance for Business North East initiative which also involves the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank.
